If you change your mind, you can return your Made With Nature organic moisturiser within 30 days of the purchase date providing that the moisturiser is unopened and in the same sellable condition that you received. Any returned moisturiser must reach us in unopened, “new” condition with all original packaging present.

Refunds will be processed within five working days of receipt of your returned item(s). Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to show on your account.

Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that your Made With Nature organic moisturiser arrives faulty or damaged, please contact hello@madewithnature.co.uk within 7 days of receipt to provide your order number and details of the issue.

You can cancel your Made With Nature organic moisturiser order if it hasn’t already been shipped. Contact hello@madewithnature.co.uk as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order to provide your order number and the reason for your cancellation request.
